A Note From Ryan Gallinera, Founder of Glavcot Insights
I'm Ryan Gallinera, the founder of Glavcot Insights.
The first thing you should know is that you won't find a list of Wall Street banks or investment firms on my résumé — and I consider that a strength. My career is built at the intersection of structural thinking and visual clarity, and this perspective is the foundation of everything we do here.
My architectural education taught me to deconstruct complex systems and understand their foundational strengths. Building on this foundation over a 15+ year career, my professional expertise lies in synthesizing a mix of technical plans, creative ideas, and strategic discussions into a single, clear vision.
My passion for investing was born from that same desire for clarity. Like many, I initially found the market to be a confusing world of hype and speculation. I soon realized the secret wasn't in chasing hot tips, but in developing a genuine understanding of great businesses.
I founded Glavcot Insights to build the service I wished I had when I started. It's where I apply my professional discipline to a personal mission—translating the fragmented 'inputs' of a business into a clear 'rendering' that helps investors see the full picture.
To ensure this passion was matched with rigor, I pursued a systematic financial education, earning the Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation and completing foundational studies with the CFA Institute. This has been complemented by specialized certificates in Microeconomics (University of Pennsylvania) and Investment Management (University of Geneva), as well as a focus on modern analytical techniques through the Corporate Finance Institute's (CFI) AI for Finance Specialization, where my learning continues.
I am not a guru; I am a fellow long-term investor. My credentials aren't a past job title; they are the depth and transparency of the work we publish. My only allegiance is to that process and to you, my reader.
Together, we can build the clarity and confidence to make our own informed decisions.
